Overwhelming views, comfort and relaxation by the pool, privacy, romance

Overwhelming uninhibited sea views, private beach, fresh air contact with nature, beautiful scenery made us buy this exquisite plot of land 10 years ago. The villa was built in 2005. It was built to a great extent of stone both [externally and internally] which distinguished it among all other surrounding properties.

GROUND FLOOR
The main entrance is situated in the back of the house facing a beautiful garden overlooking a community road. From this point one can enter the villa and find himself in a cozy hall leading through a stone arch to the dining room. On the right hand side a corridor leads to the ground floor double bedroom whose balcony door overlooks the sea. There also exists a window overlooking a semi-covered stone arch space with a built bench. The adjacent to the bedroom bathroom is stylishly painted and its shower semicircle area has green mosaic tiles! On the right hand side of the hall there exists a balcony door that leads to a stone arch furnished semi-covered area for breakfast and relaxation.

The dining room has a monastery handmade table with benches underneath an antique chandelier It is separated from the kitchen by a semi-stone arch. The kitchen is fully equipped to cover all needs of our guests. A balcony door overlooks the sea. The dining room is separated from the lounge by a stone arch. The lounge has one stylish fireplace and is equipped with a big white sofa and comfortable armchairs. The lounge has two balcony doors that lead to the veranda providing uninhibited sea view. All ceilings in the ground floor [and on the first floor] are covered by timber wood and logs and all floors are covered with cotto tiles. On top of the balcony doors there exist semicircle handmade light windows made of sculpted Tinos marble.
The double has a spacious closet and a ceiling ventilator. A wardrobe also exists in the corridor

1st FLOOR
Cotto surfaced stairs lead to the first floor where there are situated a spacious master double bedroom with adjacent en suite bathroom. A door balcony leads to a big veranda with uninhibited sea view and a window opposite the bed overlooks the sea. Master bedroom also has a cozy fireplace. A corridor outside the master bedroom leads to 2 bedrooms sharing a beautiful blue tiled bathroom. All bedrooms have excellent sea views All bedrooms have spacious closets and ceiling ventilators.

BASEMENT
Cotto surfaced stairs from ground floor lead to the basement communicating through a corridor and a door with a spacious garage. The basement has one double bedroom also suitable for guest if necessary, one storage ironing room, one bathroom with washing machine and one WC.

OUTDOORS AREA
The plot where the villa was built has 4 different levels with flowers. All vertical rocks are covered with stone. Steps from the left hand side and path from the right hand side lead to a spacious cotto surfaced pool area with shower. Pool area has big pergola and built sitting dining and bar area. A 12 x 5.5 sq meters pool with catarract is situated on the edge of the pool area with uninhibited sky and sea views ideal for both relaxing or partying. A path underneath the pool [whose sea front surface is covered by stone]directs you to steps leading to a private beach with sun and magnificent green rocks.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Villa is situated in a quit residential area within a driving distance of 12 to 15 min from the port of Gavrion.2 beautiful sandy beaches [Kourtali and Fellos] are situated within a 5 minutes driving distance from the Villa with excellent sunset views. The traditional Greek taverna of Andreas with a beautiful garden full of trees and a kindergarten can be found within 5 min walking distance from the Fellos beach. After Andreas tavern a beautiful valley offers excellent countryside walks. On the way to Gavrion Port the picturesque traditional ranch tavern of Kossis offers excellent meat from Kossis own cattle and perhaps horse riding if you find him in the right mood! Gavrion Port offers all facilities, including supermarkets,car rental,petrol stations,pharmacy, medical center, groceries, fish and meat taverns, shops bars and cafeterias and a beautiful Church.` Apse psise` souvlaki tavern may also deliver your souvlaki on Fellos beach. All these is a very small part of Andros island. Andros island offers tremendous variety. Numerous beautiful unspoiled beaches, nearby traditional taverns, walk slash nature, beaches, monasteries, picturesque traditional villages, museums, excellent local kitchen and products.
